Learning Protocol
The most common approaches to professional and corporate learning today look eerily like those employed several hundreds of years ago in the first schools. There’s far too much time in the classroom (in-person, or more recently, virtual), an obsession with delivering learning content, and little to no focus on strengthening an individual’s capacity to learn. Unsurprisingly, the results are not promising, with billions spent annually on corporate learning and very little to show for it but a widening skills gap. We need fundamentally new approaches to learning, and that’s where the Learning Protocol fits in. Pulling from the best research across behavioral science, cognitive psychology, and applied neuroscience, the Learning Protocol presents an innovative - and straightforward - new approach to individual learning, with one simple goal: help individuals, teams, and organizations increase their learning velocity.
